Who am I?
Hi there! 👋 I'm Lou, a roadie at-heart, turned artist manager.
My journey began in 2022, thrown into a last-minute Production Coordinator role. From there, I dove headfirst into the world of touring—managing teams of up to 72 across festivals, theaters, and arenas worldwide, and tackling everything from visa hurdles to flight and show cancellations.
Along the way, I soaked up everything I could about production—audio, playback, lighting, rigging—and fell in love with the process of bringing creative visions to life. In late 2024, I transitioned into artist management, and I'm so excited to build from my touring experiences and explore new challenges.
